Carve out time for yourself this Thanksgiving❣️

As I am enjoying a nice meal and a cup of green tea I am thinking of the many who will be feeling stress this Thanksgiving and the upcoming holidays. Not only do people feel pressure from external sources (i.e. family), they put pressure on themselves. I invite you to carve out time for yourself from now to December 31... every day even if it’s just for 10 minutes to re-group, unplug or simply do nothing!
